Field Mapping

Field mapping is the process of specifying which attributes of your events should appear in the DayBack calendar.

No field mapping is required for Google, Office, or Basecamp calendars, as DayBack is already familiar with the structure of these events. However, you can create custom fields in some of these sources.

For data sources where you create your own tables or objects, such as Salesforce or FileMaker, you need to inform DayBack which of your tables should be treated as calendars and which fields to use from each table.

Field mapping varies across different sources. Learn more about field mapping in Salesforce, FileMaker, or Google Sheets
