How do I record a video for your team?


While you don't always need to send us a video to resolve technical issues, having one can really speed things up by showing us exactly what's happening on your screen. If you don't have screen recording software yet, we recommend trying the free desktop version of Loom — it’s super easy to use!

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Set up your account: Sign up for free. Follow the setup instructions to get started.
  2. Get ready to record: Loom will ask for permission to record your screen. Once you've set it up, you'll see an easy-to-use menu to begin your recording.
  3. Share it with us: After you’ve captured what’s going wrong, simply press the purple "Share" button at the top right of your screen.

Lastly, in the sharing settings, click "Copy link" to copy a link to the video to your clipboard. You can then email this link to our team.

Note: Loom supports chatting about videos using their website. However, we'll respond to you via email, so that the whole team is kept in the loop.
