Can I change the time increment from 15 minutes to something else?

Yes, individual users can easily change this on the "Settings" tab in the calendar's left-hand sidebar. Administrators can also change the default time scale for all users in Admin Settings > Time Scales.

How to Display More All-Day Events

Users can't adjust the number of all-day events displayed at the top of the screen, but as an administrator, you can set this limit. You can determine the maximum number of all-day events shown before displaying "X more" and prompting users to switch to a list view. To adjust this setting, go to Admin Settings > Views and look for "Maximum all day rows to show."
