In DayBack, Bookmarks let you save a snapshot of your calendar filters and views, making it easy to switch between different scheduling workflows, business processes, or “stories”—like tracking customer appointments vs. internal meetings, planning field crew schedules in different regions, or shifting between daily task management and quarterly project planning.

Using plug-in custom app actions—available through our extensions library—you can also customize bookmarks to load automatically when DayBack opens, load specific layouts based on the user roles, or add buttons to quickly switch between workflows.
